Planned Gifts

Animal Coalition of Tampa (ACT) is grateful for the support of our community, who help make our lifesaving mission possible.

You can help ensure that we continue our vital work serving pets and the people who love them by including ACT in your planned giving.

Planned giving is the transfer of assets to a designated nonprofit organization during a lifetime or upon someone’s passing. Usually this happens via a will or other written means. The giving is “planned” because often these assets are not liquid, have tax consequences or can be used to simultaneously generate income for donors.

Pinellas County Attorney, Kenneth J. Afienko, P. A., generously provides donors with a complimentary simple will or living will with a donation to Animal Coalition of Tampa as follows:

  • For a $150.00 donation or more to Animal Coalition of Tampa, Mr. Afienko will provide a free simple will or living will.
  • For a $250.00 donation or more to Animal Coalition of Tampa, Mr. Afienko will provide both a free simple will and living will.
